Born on February 13., 1926 in the Cholatsite neighborhood, Kravenik village, Sevlievo region with many children in the family.

She worked as a maid in Plovdiv, as a seamstress in the knitting factory "Totyo Yovchev", later the factory "Burya", as a cleaner, general worker, instructor and host in the Bulgarian Red Cross and 36 years in the leather factory "Dimitar Blagoev as a binder - measured and described the leathers. She retired in 1981, but continued to work at the factory until 1994.

Since 1878 Mosha Koleva began her donation activity - each additionally earned amount she donated: for the fight against drought, for the children of Vietnam, for the new building of the Aprilov High School - Gabrovo, “Flag of Peace” Center, Lyudmila Zhivkova Foundation, for the Bulgarian Red Cross, for supporting the children of Afghanistan and others. For every holiday she bought and distributed gifts to the children from “Mitko Palauzov” Kindergarten, Children's Home "Sonya" - Sevlievo. Donated fanfares to the pioneers from the schools "Neophyte Rilski ”and“ Mitko Palauzov”.

With her own funds she built a pavilion in her native neighborhood in 1983. Over the years the amount donated by Mosha Koleva in the period 1979 -1993 is over BGN 13,000. For the activity Mosha Koleva was awarded with many orders and medals.

In 2001 she was awarded the title "Honorary Citizen of Gabrovo".

Mosha Koleva died on September 26., 2012.
